Dr. Heidi Watters
Dr. Heidi Watters has dedicated a great deal of her life to helping and caring for animals. As far back as middle school, she knew she wanted to be a veterinarian. During her high school and college years at Walsh College, she worked for a variety of veterinarians and learned a great deal about pet care. After graduating from OSU College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992, Dr. Watters worked for a few veterinarians in Canton. In 1995, she purchased Lake Cable Animal Hospital from Dr. Lowell Lambert. She is a member of the AVMA, Academy of Veterinary Medicine of Stark County, OVMA, American Association of Feline Practitioners, the Stark County Humane Society and the Secretary / Veterinarian for the Canines Helping Independent People (CHIP) Program.
Dr. Watters, her husband Kevin and their two children, Emily and Michael, currently live in Jackson Township with their dogs, Bella, and Lily along with their cats, Blackjack and Roulette. Ashley is the cat that lives at the hospital.
